Manthan Mayfair has teamed up with Bodegas Ramon Bilbao for a special wine tasting event paired with Chef Rohit Ghai’s menu selection. Each course has been paired with a wine from the well-known Ramon Bilbao Winery. A representative from Ramon Bilbao will attend the event to talk through the wine pairings and one booking stands a chance to win a Ramon Bilbao Rioja Gran Reserva, courtesy of Ramon Bilbao. The event will only be open to guests who have pre purchased their tickets. The menu consists of 5 courses with an amuse bouche to begin with. All booking will need to be paid in advance and refundable 48 hours prior to the event date. Any late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the amount paid. Wines and drinks can be ordered additionally on the day and a service charge of 13% will apply to the final bill.
Manthan is a reflection of chef Rohit Ghai’s life in food.
